This St. Augustine Floratam Sod Installation gave the home instant curb appeal. We started by tilling up the whole yard then went in and removed all of the old grass and weeds. Before installing the sod we made sure the area was completely leveled and free of debris.

Sometimes less is more! We simplified this front yard by adding some fresh mulch and colorful flowers.

After a few large tree’s were removed from the front yard of this property we replaced them Palms. All of the hedges were trimmed down and shaped to the desired size and River Rock was added to give it a clean look.
